I hope you know Etienne de Crécy, Air & Alex Gopher because if you don't it means that you don't actually read my blog :(
And that's sad.
So these three frenchies did a great job with Ash Sync, a fabulous track they released a few years ago.
You should definitely love the drums and the mood of the track, and if you wait the end of the track, you will hear the power of Alex Gopher dirty sounds !
The cover
If you haven't listened to any of the songs I posted on this blog, I would recommend this one ;)
It's been a long time I have not posted on this blog and I'm happy to announce that I found the motivation to continue and to let you discover some great tracks.
I have been to London for 3 days and I really loved it (a bit short but hey, I can't complain) and I couldn't post out there.
I listened to a lot of new stuff in the Eurostar (Paris-London train) and I hope you'll enjoy my choices !
Also, yesterday I saw Richie Hawtin (minimal god) in Paris for the Fête de la Musique, it was epic.
It was in the Grand Palais with a huge black "bubble" from the artist Anish Kapoor so the atmosphere was pretty special.
If you have any thoughts about him, feel free to share it with me :)
I have already talked about Alex Gopher and Demon but I bet you didn't know that they did an album together in 2002. The album entitled "Alex Gopher with Demon Presents Wuz" was released on the label Disques Solid.
There are 10 tracks on this album and Without You is in my opinion the best one.
Demon actually wrote this song but they mastered it together and the result is stunning !
Pure french house and a great vocal, I hope you will enjoy this one !
Finally I'll talk a bit about Daft Punk.
I bet 85% of you don't know this remix the Daft Punk did for I:Cube aka Nicolas Chaix.
I:Cube is a french producer who did a wonderful remix of Around The World in 1996.
A few months later, the Daft remixed Disco Cubizm with a heavy piano sample from The Crusaders - Street Life.
This remix is in my top10, it's a gem, jazzy and mindblowing ! Perfection.
I hope you'll enjoy it.
I'm in a better shape than yesterday and I want to share with you a track that relaxes me everytime I listen to it.
I have already presented to you Alan Braxe & Fred Falke, which were really productive during a few years together (back in the early 2000s I don't think these guys released a track that I don't like).
This is one of their greatest hits. The track is called "Palladium" and was released in 2002.
The track sounds a bit like Daft Punk's Voyager. It consists of A REALLY hot (maybe hotter than the dancer) bassline with a main trumpet line and some really good synths. I'll admit the song doesn't sound that great in the original key, but you should pitch it up about 150% and it sounds amazing.
I thought summer was really beginning in Paris last week, too bad.
There have been huge storms two days ago and now it seems that it's going to be rainy forever.
Anyway, I caught something and I'm sick as hell... not in the mood to post anything today.
For those who are a bit curious, I look like this at the moment. (except I don't look like a chinese boy)
Another mix I did in January. This is the last one.
This one is much more brutal, hope you'll like it.

Hi there,
Now that I look like a lobster thanks to the sun from yesterday in Paris, I think I'm going to need a break with French Touch.
Please don't cry, I'll continue next week probably. So, no more videos for a few days. AUDIO only. I'll share with you my SoundCloud mixes for a few days, I hope you will like them.
Lucky Star is a track from the french band Superfunk featuring Ron Caroll. The single was released in January 2000 and was part of Superfunk's album Hold Up.
The videoclip takes part in Chicago in Illinois and we can see Ron Carroll walking in South Side in the first part and then in the Loop (Downtown).
This track was a summer hit in France and in Europe with always the same recipee : a great bassline and the soul voice of Ron Caroll !
Let me be your lucky star !
